Our instructors have all undergone extensive training in applying the Pilates method for pregnancy.
We offer:
Pregnancy Pilates Floor Classes (Saturdays at 11am)
Strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles in preparation for childbirth. These classes are recommended from early pregnancy and can be continued right up until the birth of your baby, provided there are no complications.
Mums 'N' Bubs Pilates (Tuesdays at 10:30am & Thursdays at 1:30pm)
Tone and strengthen your thighs, pelvic floor and abdominal muscles after childbirth in the company of other new mums and bubs. The best time to start is when your baby is around 8-12 weeks old and you can continue until toddling age.
Personalised private and semi-private studio lessons utilising the Pilates apparatus (offered daily)
These are our most popular classes. Enjoy a Pilates program specifically designed for you and your body to give you optimal results during pregnancy and the post-natal period.
Pilates-based physiotherapy with a focus on women's health issues is also available.
